Skipped over songs

Post by plumpuff6 »

Are there certain songs that you tend to skip on any Libera albums?

There are a few I usually skip from each, although I do listen to the albums in their entirety as well.

Luminosa
Silencium

Free
A Song of Enchantment
I Vow to Thee My Country

Visions
Ave Maria
Prayer

Angel Voices
Ave Maria
Silent Night

Angel Voices: Libera in Concert
Prayer
Ave Maria

New Dawn
Air on the G String
Rest in Peace
(I used to skip The Lamb but now I don't.)

Eternal
Mother of God

Peace
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
Silent Night
et laudate Domino in laetitia
et cantate Domino gloria
saecula et saeculorum, Alleluia

Usually? No - but... It's based on my current mood.

Except: Silent Night, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and all other Xmas-Songs. This I skip always in January, February, March ... but never from the 1st Advent to the 3 Kings.

And the other 'Except': I Vow to Thee My Country, Prayer, Rest in Peace, The Lamb, Mother of God (and a lot of others). Never skiped. :D

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

Pssst! Not that Yorkie can see this: I know and like Yorkie - but I love to teasing him.

It's no good trying to turn everybody against me Viabuona, they know I'm perfect

Just for you:Is it true that you wrote to RP and asked him to cover the most famous Swiss song at a concert:

Sorry Yorkie, there is a little error in the phrase.
You tried to say: It's no good trying to turn everybody against me Viabuona, they know that I think I'm perfect.
But nobody is perfect - and you'r not nobody.

Would you like to describe this trend ? ...

Er, my apologies to Plumpuff

I have to admit that I sometimes skip 'Mother of God', 'Heaven'
P.s. But don't worry Yorkie - I like 'the Lamb' 'Rest in Peace' a lot

They always come back in the end.

The yodelling wouldn't be a problem but I refuse to wear that hat.

I often skip Jerusalem too Plumpuff and it is one of my favourite hymns.
