I noticed the posting/pictures on twitter but it was short on details. I was hoping someone in England
might report more but I haven't been able to find anything yet. Sounds like a project for Jimmy Riddle.

No, these folks were from the John F. Kennedy for the Performing Arts in Washington, DC. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kennedy_Center.

Yes, I know the Kennedy Center in Washington, I've seen performances there a couple of times.
