I'm stunned that you think of that vomit inducing, awful, wailing child when you see Jonathan & Charlotte - nothing at all alike  I seem to remember you like Jai last year too Maarten........
Yes, I did in the beginning. He gave quite good performances.
Are you serious about not liking the Ukrainian boy singer? (his name is Eugene Vasilenko)

--edit:

Aquabatique are impressive!
Ryan O'Shaughnessy: meh, not bad but nothing special either. Not sure why the judges are so full of him.

100% serious - I find that style of singing from a boy something I hate with a huge passion; I really, really can't stand it. I think the judges love Ryan because Mr Cowell can make a huge amount of money for his record label if he wins. Can't think there is much money to be made from a dancing dog.......

Okay, I see. Well, to each his own ;)

Ashleigh and Pudsey can't make a record but they could go on tour.

Well, after last years disappointment of a show BGT is back for the new season. Will we actually get any decent performers this year or will the winner be another dog of an act?

Last years winner:

Whilst we wait for tonight's episode, thought you might be interested in a past finalist:

Just a reminder of his past version of this song:

Well, it was a good start. Could 2013 be the year that a female vocalist wins the show?

My pick of the best acts tonight:

Second week of auditions but not as many acts caught my eye this week. My two favourite ones were:

I vowed never to watch this show again after it was won by a dog (and I'm not talking about Jai McDowell) - but I am not a nun - so much for vows.
Alice Fredenham (rhymes with Debenham's) is still the one to beat.
Rrrruffff!!!!

Wow, I didn't knew that ! It's scary !

Such disgrace was already threatening 2 years ago and finally they did it, the Brits voted for a dog to be the best talent in Great Britain 2012... I'm missing words ...

At least I thanks myself to have saved my time last year by not paying attention to the show

What will expect poor Brits this year as best talented winner ?
Maybe a couple of flea circuses, it would be logical after the winning dog

I would have no complaints if she won. Her voice is able to convey so much emotion and passion - definitely something to listen to late at night, with a glass of single malt or congac, and with somebody to hold you tight.

Decent pair of lungs on her too.

There all good acts but I think Robbie would get my vote by far.

He's good but I want to hear a bit more from him - other songs - just to be sure it wasn't a case of that one song suiting his voice. Looks like it will be a singer who wins this year though.

Another thin week as far as talent goes - Can't say that Alex Keirl impressed me to be honest but as I seem to be in a minority I included him:

Don't know if anybody is interested in this load of old tosh but, as the saying goes, I've started so I'll finish. Seemed to be kids week this week:

Oh and another female singer:
