Thanks, Yorkie. Jai is very good. His voice reminds me somewhat of Mario Frangoulis (my favorite male singer).

Thanks for the James Hobley videos! They brought tears to my eyes. What a difference between the older video and this recent one. He looks older than 11 to be honest, in his expression etc. Great to watch. Hope he finds the ways to follow his dreams.

Thanks, Yorkie. I didn't want to say you're slacking, but sharing only 2 videos at a time... there's no other word to use. hehe... Just kidding. Thanks again. :)

Slacking indeed!

A surprising show last night but quite enjoyable as a few of us logged on to the French forum chat site whilst watching the show (me watching on UK tv and the rest via the web). We are planning to do this for the final on Saturday and everybody is welcome. The French speakers very kindly swapped to English for my benefit but it is also handy to have Google translator open.

Anyways, the next two finalists (by the way these are all posted with the act that got most public votes first):

slacking = not doing what you should do, not pulling your weight, not working as hard as you can.

A less polite term in Britain for the same thing would be 'tossing it off'.

~Edit~ F_D_L how do you watch British tv online? Would it be worth posting the link somewhere so that people can tune in?

F_D_L - I wasn't asking for my benefit but for those people who may have missed the earlier discussion. It was an act of selflessness and benevolence for my fellow forum members (I know, I know but I'm just that type of guy. No need to thank me)

Hmmh, I think Britain appears to be running short of talent based on what we've seen so far.........
