The libera Fan Club released yesterday July 9th the new yearbook 2019-2020
The release went a bit delayed from the original plan, due to the covid-19 situation, but it is now in the hands of the FC members, or almost.
'Almost' is the right word I tried going through the Tenso process to get my copy (I know I'm late, I delayed this activity as it's usually a hassle) but then it said: There are not enough packages available for your request.
*If there is only one package in your account, consolidation is unavailable.
(Please apply for consolidation after all your packages have arrived
So what should I do?
I had no problem with getting the yearbook through Tenso, maybe something changed in their process or I just forgot how it worked last time

You do not need to request "consolodation" because you only have one item. "Consolodation" means waiting for all your items to be available so that they can be sent together as one package,
Just ignore the consolodation option and continue as instructed (you have to change the value of the package from 0 to something else - I enter 500 yen but probably 100 would do).
The fan club gives today a visual of the new membership card.
It uses that photo from an outing in London, before the Tower Bridge.
It's the 4th card to be released. It will be sent to the members starting this October.
