Remove inactive members.

Hey everyone,

So we have many many inactive members with zero posts. I'm thinking of removing these members, as our current member figures do not reflect those who are active or have previously been active.

This will also make it easier to identify spam member accounts.

I would be grateful if everyone could participate in the poll so I can get a better idea of what to do with the inactive members.

Cheers

Paul :)

Just a small side note, once the poll closes, I will create a special group and these inactive members will be placed there. I will send an email to each person in the group, and if they do not respond, there accounts will be deleted.

That sounds fair Paul, good idea.

I've lost the poll results. Sorry

Can you take a moment to vote again.

Thanks

Paul :)

Voting grid does not seem to be working. My vote is that 5 years inactivity and no response to your email probably deserves the boot - though they don' t know what they are missing!

I can see the grid of results. Currently it stands at 0 - 5 - 4 - 1 - 0 starting from the top.

From the first test phase, I remember one joker who voted for the good-looking figures. I guess he was certain enough that this wouldn't be the final result.

Thank you, paul, for the democratic finding of the decision!

Just thought you should know that Andy Winter has been an "inactive" member of the forum for six years. Do we really want to boot him off?

Andy has a post, so he does not fall into the inactive members with zero posts category. That will apply to all inactive members with at least 1 post or more.

Paul :)
