If you look closely at the last part when the hosts talk, they are also talking 'ahead' of the sound. They wouldn't lip synch that, would they?
Yes, it was just a post production issue. Sometimes it happens. If my copy of the Locus Iste video is similar to anyone elses, there was a post production issue there as well. Nothing matches the mouth movements on that video.
That is also a good example of a video that had to be lipsynced. It was almost all special effects.
