I wonder if that was November 2010 as we had loads of snow in London in November last year . And dates would be roughly right.

Possibly... I vaguely remember London's Heathrow coming to a grinding halt for a few days last winter and parts of the South East got caught in a blizzard. Many schools in the Croydon area were closed. North East had it particularly bad last winter. Northumberland & East Scotland was buried in snow throughout most of December. Yorkie-shire also had plenty of the the white stuff.

A long and very detailed review of the soundtrack of "The Greatest Miracle" :)

[...] The vocals include three separate group performances, including children's and women's ensembles, though the Libera Boys Choir in London provides the most spectacular, singular singing accents. [...]

[...] The most appealing of these singular melodies, however, comes in the Libera Boys Choir's performance in "Benedictus Deus," and it's a shame that this source-like material didn't find its way into rest of the score.[...]

Here is the link to anyone interested in purchasing a copy. I know I am!

Dedicated by Mark McKenzie himself because I was in the first 100 buyers : :)

The signature is on a second booklet wrapped to the CD box.

The booklet is composed of 4 pages, with texts coming from different interviews and reviews already known, and decorated by photos from the film.

Libera is mentioned thrice :
We all got especially excited about using the London boys choir ‘Libera’ which came to our attention in multiple ways. We all felt Libera’s pure, angelic sound would add tremendous beauty to the movie. These boy sopranos and altos are just ordinary kids who love to goof around but when they open their mouths to sing…wow, hearts begin to soar!
The Libera Boy’s Choir enters the fray in the astonishing 'Benedictus Deus', which grows from a solo boy soprano to a duet to the full choir and orchestra over the course of a mere 97 stunning seconds. Later, their angelic cooing gives the triumphant and turbulent 'Offerings' and the first half of the bold and vivid 'I Miss You' a sense of majesty and grandeur, while their more emotionally charged and tragic vocal performances during 'Ultimate Love' provides one of the score’s darkest moments of poignancy
[...] he liked the Libera boys choir, and I coincidently had just attended a Libera concert and met Robert Prizeman the director. Fast forward to the one day Libera could record, given our schedule and the largest blizzard London has seen in years blew in. Since the boys come from great distances, it was unclear if they'd be able to record the music. Somehow, 17 boys' parents found a way through the snow and cold; a commitment, determination, and toughness that one might call heroic or at least incredible.
In the credits list there is : "Libera Boys Choir, conductor : Robert Prizeman"
and in the "Special thanks" section : Steven Philip :)

Not so much...
at the start of the booklet it's just said "a 32-voices mixed Choir" and "a 24-voice women's choir", but without names.
On the credit list "Symphony Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Gordon Johnson"

I received my copy of the album. I ordered it seven days ago. from http://buysoundtrax.stores.yahoo.net/grmielgrmior.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
It came with an extra booklet with the autograph of McKinzie, in a very well packed package. Done with so much care, I really appreciate that.
I didn't expect that I would received an autograph, cause it was for the first hundred. Very nice.

The Greatest Miracle opens up to wider release in the US this week, showing in 63 cities;

Early reviews once more indicate misgivings with the film itself, but almost universal praise for Mckenzie's orchestration of the soundtrack
There is one good thing I can say about THE GREATEST MIRACLE though. The "orchestrator of SPIDER-MAN and ICE AGE: THE MELTDOWN" that is mentioned on the poster and the print ads? His name is Mark McKenzie. He is a film score composer who has worked under such masters as Jerry Goldsmith, John Williams and Danny Elfman orchestrating the scores for many of their best known films. He composed a very nice soaring score for this film. So that's something

The film’s score has received much praise. Jonathan Broxton of Movie Music UK (http://moviemusicuk.us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) said, “McKenzie writes some of the most beautiful, lyrical and emotionally resonant music ever written for film. Film scores like this don’t come along too often – music so passionate, so moving and so heart-warming. ” The film’s score won the Hollywood Music in Media Awards’ “Best Indie Score” award for 2011 last month.
