From where you exhumed this old photo ?
This photo was put online by me, 6 years ago, on the french fans forum.
It's a photo of a photo that was on display on a board at the QHE.
It was discussed in 2011
here.
The answer to your question number 3 is Tom Cole.
Questions 1 and 2 were also asked on the french forum but the mystery remained unsolved.
At that time I suggested Alfie for 1 and Sammy for 2 but my opinion was not followed.

Found it clearing out junk from my Mac. Didn't remember seeing it before or where I got it. Perhaps from the French forum!
