I only noticed the latter - when he puts the baton in his mouth and rocks his head. My simplistic view is that this is just an encouragement for the boys to smile/look happy, as it must look even more strange from where the boys are looking

There are people with very quick fingers - I was on the ticket site the second it went live, and twice my choice of seats in rows 1 and 2 had gone before I could confirm them
