I guess so - I just had a nice idea for a siggy, but I could crop it and swap it for my current avatar.

Signature pictures

Just wondering if sig pics are permitted - I am guessing the answer is no since I have not seen any - but if so, what are the max dimensions.

Re: Your top three favorites?

Decided to do a tally for fun to see who is ranked highest based on the votes in this thread (not including mine below), although it is kind of inaccurate since most of the posts were written years ago... Nice work, I can't say I am surprised by the results, at least in the top 2, although I expect...

Re: The future of Meet and Greet

Thanks for the info LordG. That is a shame, it has been a while since I have been to a concert myself but it was nice to be able to tell them how much I enjoyed the concert and walk away with a signed album and program at the end.

it is more likely M+Gs will also be cancelled abroad.

We are younger than you think! No M&G in the UK since 2016.

How come M&G's have been cancelled in UK? :(

Ahh, I think we are at crossed purposes - somebody linked to this video and this is what I was referring to as awful:
Oh god yes that video is awful...I think I got to about 30 seconds before having to stop it. I am glad we are in agreement about the Chorus though :)

Re: Film: The Chorus

Great film and some very good singing (don't tell anybody I said that 8) ) - but that Concerto Pour Deux Voix is horrific - nearly, but not quite, as bad as the cat wailing rubbish. That ending with Pepinot  Ouch! That was a bit harsh lol Well, I like a sentimental ending - I'm soft like that....

Re: Cai Thomas - "Wondrous Sounds"

I just ordered a Cai Thomas CD the other day after I got recommendation on Amazon, I decided to check out a couple of his videos and that was enough to convince me. Should arrive sometime next week.

Film: The Chorus

Has anyone seen the French film "The Chorus" by Christophe Barratier. I loved the soundtrack and managed to find a DVD of the choir that performed the soundtrack for film actually performing in concert. Only one of the choristers, soloist Jean Baptiste-Maunier actually appears in the film ...
